Sazeh has adopted PMBOK as its Project Management benchmark for development of a common lexicon for Project Management activities. Extensive training has been carried out within Sazeh and other certain stakeholders in this respect and basically most of the Project Management staff at Sazeh are familiar with PMBOK.
