Description:
The Tabnak Gas Treating Plant (TGTP) is located in Fars province, and Assaluyeh Metering, Fractionation & Loading Facilities (ALF) is located in Bushehr province in south of Iran at about 50 kilometers south east of the TGTP.
  • Tabnak Gas Gathering consists of 24 gas wells and maximum of six manifolds. The gas wells are routed to the manifolds by separate 8 inch pipelines with capacity of about 50 MMSCFD per well. The gases from the manifolds are separately routed to Tabnak Gas Treating Plant (TGTP) inlet slug catcher and separation unit, via 30 inch pipelines.
  • Varavi Gas Gathering consists of 5 gas wells and one manifold. The gas wells are routed to the manifold by separate 8 inch pipeline. The gas from the manifold is routed to Tabnak slug catcher and separation unit at Tabnak Gas Treating Plant (TGTP) via 16 inch pipeline.
  • Shanool Gas Gathering consists of 5 gas wells and one manifold. The gas wells are routed to the manifold by separate 8 inch pipeline. The gas from the manifold is routed to Shanool Gas Treating Plant slug catcher and separation unit via 16 inch pipeline.
  • The outlet gas from the slug catcher and separation unit will be processed in cryogenic plant, and the extracted C3+ hydrocarbon liquids will be fractionated and the propane and butane products will be transferred to storage and loading facilities at Assaluyeh Treating Facilities. The treated gas will be routed to the IGAT IV trunk line. The condensate from the inlet separation unit will be collected and routed to the condensate splitter unit at TGTP and then the C5+ product  along with the C5+ product from fractionation unit will be transported to Assaluyeh Loading Facilities for export.
