Description:
The original scope of the project consisted of renovation & remodeling the existing building, during the course of demolishing the client decided to construct a new 4 story building (2900 m2). Sazeh Consultants was assigned to design & construct the building on a fast track basis. The project consists of the following main components:
- Sales counters, sales waiting hall, security & mechanical room on the ground floor (838 m2)
- Administration offices and passport office on first floor (727 m2)
- Administration offices on second floor (600 m2)
- Administration offices on third floor (580 m2)
- Air handling & elevator room on fourth floor (97 m2)
